Your last free promo (the two free polishes paying shipping only) has caused a stir about Zoya products on our beauty forum (www.taaz.com) - this was my first time to try Zoya polishes and now I'm a fan!
I unfortunately will no longer be a customer of zoya.com as it was not stated clearly on the actual promotion advertisement, at check out, or anywhere on my order form (when my items arrived) that one cannot exchange items from a promotion. I simply wanted to exchange 2 colors that were no represented right on the website, not get my money back. As a corporate marketing manager (and fashion exec), I understand that it is very important to clearly state your policies of your promotions. I did not find out about this policy until I called customer service to get a zoya exchange number. I will file a complaint as this policy should be clear to customers. It is not right to mislead. I was strong supporter and referred your business to many others, but unfortunately will not any longer. Please beware of this policy when you go to order from zoya.com using one of their promotions.
